Whenever my husband and I have a taste of steak and would like to just indulge on meats, we would go to Texas de Brazil. All kinds of Brazilian Barbeque with a Texas twist.
It's got a warm environment and good service. They have a 'flip card' (that's what I call it), with one side colored green and the other side red. When you flip your card with the green side up, a parade of servers (or maybe they come one at a time), carrying sumptuous meats, approach your table and serve you with whatever meat you want. When you think you have enough, just flip your card with the red side up. Flip it back to green if you want more.
It's a bit pricey and salty, to some tongues, but it's one of my favorite restaurants.
